Promethean Activinspire Driver

• • When I open the software on my Mac, I have Professional Edition, and check under help for a software update, it says I have the latest software, but when I check Promethean World today I saw that there is a newer version of the software. I am running 2.18.68238. The new version is 2.19.XXXXX. Is there a way to force the update to occur? I have checked a few times already and even waited a couple of days and checked again. Thanks.

    Thank you for your post.

    If there are no updates showing you can download the latest version (2.19) from our website.

    Here is the link: https://support.prometheanworld.com/activinspire-download

    You do not need to uninstall the current version, just download the new one from the above link.

    This should then put you onto the 2.19 version.
